Since the beginning of the program “Environment” were paid a total of 33.35% of the program budget, or 1,174 billion levs finally approved by the European Commission, however, payment at the end of the programming period 2007 to 2013 it was only 15.39% or 542 million levs, announced Minister of Environment and Water Iskra Mihaylova, who reported her work after the first 100 days in office of the cabinet.
She recalled that the program is overbooked, especially in the “water” – 162%. At the same time this sector is reallocated funds for the purchase of buses, new trolley, subway train and fire MoI not to be lost under the program.
